  • Absolutely! We can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to arrival. Changes can be made up to the day of if the change can be accommodated.
  • Cancellations made in the 24 hour cancellation policy can be made without penalty.
  • Certain reservation types such as Advance Purchase, non-refundable reservations are final at the time of booking. The reservation can still be cancelled but no refund will be issued.

Our 24-hour cancellation policy is upheld on all travel sites. Some booking platforms have their own cancellation policies based on member status or discounted rates. It is best to check with each platform to see what restrictions they have in place or call us to book directly!

  • Group reservations that are individually made and paid for are subject to the same 24 hour cancellation policy as all other reservations. Changes can be made up to the day of if the change can be accommodated.
  • Group reservations that are group pay and rooming list must be cancelled before the rooming list is provided. After that, only 20% of the group block is allowed to cancel without penalty.
  • Group bookings of 5 or more are booked through the sales team with a contract. The changes and cancellation policy will be present on the contract.

Check-in begins at 3:00pm but it is not guaranteed. Guests can call the hotel to see if an early check-in time is available. We cannot guarantee any set check-in time.

Check-out is at 11:00AM. Guests can call the hotel to see if a late check out time is available. We cannot guarantee any late checkouts.
