WHAT WE OFFER
Eastland Suites Hotel & Conference Center offers over 3,200 square feet of meeting space. Our professional catering staff is ready to assist you in your corporate and social event planning. Through the use of acoustic walls, the room may be divided into two or three conference areas. Eastland Suites also offers several different break-out room options and Audio Visual Equipment with top-of-the-line technology including a dedicated Ethernet connection, SMART Board and HDMI LCD Projector.
MEETING AND EVENT SERVICES INCLUDE:

All of our meeting rooms include our basic setup. This entails tables, chairs, black or ivory linens, pens, note pads and water.

The Eastland Suites Ballroom has been elegantly designed for all events. Our neutral decor is the perfect complement to any color scheme. The Ballroom offers full service catering and features a 20’ x 40’. dance floor. It can be divided up into smaller spaces to accommodate smaller events when needed.
